Privacy Policy

When you join the early-access list, we collect the email address you provide, the date and time of signup, the source of the signup, and the version of the consent notice shown to you. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.

We use this information to maintain the early-access list, send requested WishCircle launch and product updates, respond to questions or privacy requests, secure and improve the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not currently use waitlist information for targeted advertising.

You may ask to leave the early-access list at any time by emailing MiddleCProductions@gmail.com. Marketing emails sent after launch will include an unsubscribe method. We may still send non-promotional messages needed to answer a request you make.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, or communicate about WishCircle, subject to appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

We retain early-access information while the list remains active or as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or ask for a portable copy where applicable. You may also withdraw from email updates. Send requests to MiddleCProductions@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

This pre-launch website and early-access list are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it.

We may update this policy as WishCircle develops. We will post the revised policy here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the contact information you provided.
