This website provides information about WishCircle, original celebration content, and an optional early-access list. The WishCircle application is still in development. Features, timing, availability, and launch plans may change.

You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse signup forms, scrape content at scale, or use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

By joining the early-access list, you ask us to send occasional WishCircle launch and product updates to the email address you provide. You may withdraw that request at any time. Joining the list does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular feature.

Unless otherwise stated, the WishCircle name, site design, writing, graphics, and other original materials are owned by Middle C Productions, LLC or used with permission. You may share links to public pages, but you may not reproduce, sell, republish, or create derivative commercial works from our content without written permission.

Celebration guides are provided for general inspiration. If WishCircle later uses affiliate links, we will identify them clearly. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases without increasing the price you pay. Recommendations will remain editorial decisions and are not guarantees about third-party products or services.

The website may link to or rely on third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies.

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Celebration content is general information, not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Middle C Productions, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this pre-launch website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate state or federal court located in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
